Ashley Zheng
Managing Director, Sector and Capacity Building Portfolio
Ashley Zheng serves as Policy Intern at InnovateEDU, where she contributes to shaping and analyzing education policies within the organization’s Policy Portfolio. Currently, she is focused on expanding AI literacy through research, collaboration, and strategic assistance on major projects.
Ashley is a rising senior at Yale University studying History, Education, and Chinese. She has previously worked as a Policy and Government Affairs intern at the Emerson Collective, advocated for global human rights, and conducted research for federal and local agencies. Ashley is passionate about exploring the many ways impact can be made, including policy, advocacy, philanthropy, and partnerships. After college, she hopes to work in education or the broader social impact sector. She is excited to continue learning from leaders in these fields and to apply what she learns to help make education and opportunity more accessible for all youth.
