Abigail Gagermeier serves as Marketing and Communications Associate at InnovateEDU, contributing to brand development, digital content strategy, and storytelling initiatives that advance InnovateEDU’s mission in education.

She holds both a bachelor’s in Marketing Management and a master’s in Reputation Management from Virginia Tech. For the past two years, she has worked with Impact 4 Good, a company that connects communities through corporate social responsibility events, leading marketing efforts and supporting a wide range of initiatives, including advancing STEM education, supporting K-12 teachers, and promoting equitable student opportunities. She has also contributed to marketing at Five Guys, led Virginia Tech’s American Marketing Association chapter, and taught public speaking at Virginia Tech.

She enjoys being a mediocre runner and is a proud Hokie.
