Dana Mandler
Project Associate, Sector and Capacity Building Portfolio
Dana serves as InnovateEDU’s Sector and Capacity Building Associate where she supports the Educating All Learners Alliance and the Pathways Alliance. In this role, she contributes to the Alliances’ work with partners across the country to strengthen educator pathways, expand inclusive learning environments, and build shared capacity for systems change. Her work is guided by a commitment to centering the students, families, and educators most impacted by systemic inequities in education, and ensuring they have a meaningful voice in shaping the solutions built to support them.
Dana has worked in classrooms and policy spaces as both a practitioner and researcher, focusing on educator preparation, multilingual learners, and equitable school funding. Through her work with the Center for Public Research and Leadership (CPRL), she contributed to statewide initiatives on strengthening and diversifying the teacher workforce.
She holds a Masters in Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University.
