Jesse currently serves as a Policy Intern at InnovateEDU, where he supports research and advocacy related to education technology. Before joining InnovateEDU, Jesse served as the 2026 Blaschke Education Technology Policy Fellow at the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), where he researched how school systems can use change management to implement new technologies successfully and equitably. He previously supported students and school communities through two years of service with City Year Washington, DC. Jesse holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Duke University and a B.A. in Political Science from Berea College.
