Lara Adekeye serves as Marketing and Communications Associate at InnovateEDU, where she supports InnovateEDU brand development and elevation in education. With a background in policy research, she has supported school districts and research to advance equitable K-12 educational policy.

In this capacity, she helped develop policy research, written content, and programming, bringing together educators, school and housing leaders, and policy practitioners across communities nationwide.

Passionate about storytelling and creating systems change in education, Lara is committed to developing strategic communications that drive equity in education.
